Founded as a house wedding business, Take and Give Needs has pioneered new markets in the bridal industry and continues to expand into hotels, restaurants, consulting, dress services, and LTV (Lifetime Value) businesses. With 62 wedding venues across 31 prefectures nationwide, including five locations in Yokohama City, we cater not only to weddings but also to banquets, conferences, events, and photo shoots, meeting diverse needs. By offering luxurious private mansions as fully exclusive venues, we create extraordinary, joyful moments for every guest who steps into our spaces.

Guided by the concept “Happiness circulates. That’s why we create happiness,” we actively promote sustainable initiatives aligned with our materiality themes: reducing environmental impact, supporting industry professionals’ well-being, and contributing to local communities. We participate in the Fry to Fly Project, by collecting used cooking oil from our venues, as well as designing locally sourced, food waste-conscious menus. Additionally, we focus on waste reduction by upcycling discarded wedding dresses and floral arrangements. In Yokohama City, we have obtained the “Superior” certification under the Y-SDGs program, strengthening collaboration with local governments and businesses. Through public-private partnerships, we aim to create new value and drive sustainable innovation.
