NOGE Bar hopping tour
This tour offers an authentic experience with a local "NOGE guide" for beginners
Noge is loved by people of all ages as a drinking quarter. There are more than 600 bars/restaurants, and this area is a popular place to do bar hopping. A local guide will take the participants to recommended bars/restaurants for an authentic insider experience. First-time visitors will be able to enjoy Noge easily and safely.
Sustainability Solutions
Experience the local culture of Noge and create a sustainable local community. “Yokohamamichi” road was opened the same time that Yokohama opened its port. The street encouraged people to move and since then Noge has been developed substantially. Noge saved people who faced a food shortage post World War 2. The food culture or Izakaya(Japanese style pub) culture of Noge is an integral part of Japanese modern history as well as the history of Yokohama’s port.
Noge guides are selected from local people who worked as staff at the tourist information center. This contributes towards creating jobs for the local community.
Experience local safely
The local guide will take participants to 2 or 3 bars/restaurants where unique dishes such as thick-cut Sashimi, exquisite Yakitori, Katsuni(simmered pork cutlet with egg) and drinks will be served.
Even first-time visitors will be able to enjoy bar hopping with local people and experience the local culture easily.
